A customer journey map is an indispensable design thinking process that will help you do just that!The workshop is divided into 4 parts. In the first part, I spend a little time discussing why businesses who wish to succeed must focus on delivering an ever-improving customer experience. This is particularly relevant in a “post-Covid” world! Then, we work on the indispensable research, data and analytics that you must address before you even think of starting a customer journey map.
