The objective of this Masterclass is to learn Project Management and how to apply it to your work as a UX/UI designer. After completing this course you’ll have a high-level understanding of Project Management fundamentals and basic knowledge for applying the key elements should you be in a Project Manager role in your UX/UI career. Project Management in UX and UI roles can be so important, as when it is successfully done, it allows the team to focus on the important problems, logically and thoughtfully, while still keeping the big picture in mind.
