Description
Hey animators! Welcome to the first course in this Character Animation series using Adobe Animate! Just like the previous courses, this one’s crafted by seasoned animators with over 20+ years of experience in 2D Digital and Character Animation.
If you’re joining this course, it’s expected that you already have a good grasp of Adobe Animate tween animations. If not, we highly recommend taking our courses covering the basics of Adobe Animate and mastering Tween Animations with Adobe Animate before diving into this one.
Here, we’ll learn how to prep characters for animation using Dissection and Rigging. We’ve got you covered from three angles: front, 3-4th front, and side angles.
You’ll master animating eye blinks and creating a range of facial expressions—like Happy, Sad, Angry, Curious, Annoyed, Scheming, Surprised, and Scared. Plus, we’ll tackle Lip Sync along with character acting, including hand gestures and body movements. By the course’s end, you’ll be ready to animate character dialogues in your own projects.
We’ll teach you a mix of tween animation and key frame drawing methods, widely used by expert animators worldwide.
Successfully completing this course means you’ll confidently animate short stories independently. Whether you want to kickstart your YouTube channel or work in broadcast animation, this course sets you up for success.
So, why wait? Let’s jump in and start animating!
