Establishing a framework for evaluating and benchmarking green buildings in Dubai.
Al Safat offers different certification levels based on the sustainability performance of a building. These levels include:
Silver: Entry-level certification for buildings that meet the minimum compliance requirements of the Dubai Green Building Regulations.
Gold : Higher level of sustainability achieved, exceeding the basic compliance requirements.
Platinum: The highest certification level, indicating exceptional sustainability performance and the incorporation of advanced green building strategies.
