Description
Understanding colors and textures make the foundation of any designing field. Any individual who wants to start their career as an interior designer, architect, or a set designer must have sound knowledge about colors, textures, and the interconnection between the two.
The course is divided in four categories –

Paint
Texture
Safety and Health
Colors – The first category thoroughly explains what is a color, color theories, color mixing, what is the cultural significance of different colors, what is color harmony, what are different color schemes, do’s and don’ts while implementing color schemes, and understanding color psychology.
Paint – This section covers painting basics, tools, methods, types of paints, key information about waterproofing solutions, how to prepare a wall for painting, and some additional interesting tips on painting.
Texture – Once painting is done, it’s time for texturing. This section provides valuable insights on a variety of Do It Yourself (DIY) textures like timber texture, dapple effect, spatula, etc. to name a few along with additional customised effects.
Safety and Health – This section makes you aware about things that you need to be careful about and precautions you must take when handling a variety of paints as they are considered to be hazardous products.
Individuals will also get acquainted with different career prospects of painting.
