This bootcamp has been designed in a way to give you the fastest possible way to becoming a better designer. Giving you the best structure and exercises to follow to improve your skills as a designer and take you to the next level. You will also become more valuable as a designer rather than just a pixel pusher.
Learning design is a long journey and everyone is looking for the secret sauce or the magic bullet. Unfortunately, there isn’t a super secret that will short cut you to design mastery. But, there are certain ways of studying and practicing that will propel your learning and make your a better designer in a shorter time frame.
The course uses a learn by doing approach. When you want to be a designer, you want to create cool designs, not listen to hours of boring lectures on theory. This course teaches you the theory while you design, making it more fun and scientifically proven as a better way of learning.
Every week you will have a new project. This means eight different design projects including mobile apps, desktop apps and responsive web pages. You will be given homework every week. A list of design exercises, a main project to work on and some suggested reading.
The projects will follow on from each other so you cement everything you have learnt and have multiple opportunities to practice your new skills. This bootcamp will help you learn a solid design process that top companies use. One of the best things about this course is it gives you a clear path to improvement.
