This course will explore hands-on techniques for generating and evaluating ideas, including methods that work for both individuals and small teams. Content of this course has an emphasis towards user experience as it relates to software, but the ideas can be applied to many disciplines.
Course includes:
Identifying and forming consensus on key target audiences;
Generating ideas to prioritizing capabilities for new solutions and the related benefits; and,
Specifying key objectives to measure and gauge for success.
