The course is divided into several lectures which include Lecture 00 – Introduction, Lecture 01 – Project Kick-off, Lecture 02 – Insurance, Lecture 03 – Schedules, Lecture This course is great for anyone that is an experienced Construction Manager, General Contractor, Developer, Subcontractor, or Building Owner.
